We don’t have a physical office anymore so the attorney makes house or office calls to meet our clients where they are. With advance preparation, we can block the morning or afternoon and do the entire estate plan in one appointment, but most clients prefer to meet first for a planning meeting, some like a mid-point review meeting to answer questions about the draft documents, and then a meeting to sign documents. The initial phone consultation is at no charge but is limited to getting to know more about each other to determine if we will be a good match for the work you need. All other appointments are tracked on an hourly basis at the attorney’s regular rate, unless other arrangements are made. Lindsey was busy in college and law school, a member of St. Mary’s Law Journal, the Civil Justice Clinic, and her favorite from college: the Aussie dance team. She and her daughter enjoy living in South Austin near family with their dogs and cats.
