The personal information we ask you to provide includes contact information and basic personal information, such as your name, phone number, address, email address, user name, and, for professional users, may include your bar membership number, insurance coverage information, photographs, examples of your work, information on work performed previously through the Site, hourly pay rates, client testimonials, your user name, and other information you choose to provide. We use this information to communicate with you, including sending statements, news, alerts, and marketing communication. This information is also necessary for us to provide the features and functionality of our services, to monitor and improve the services, to enforce any agreements we have with you, and for our internal operations, which include billing, payment processing, troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes, and to help us develop new products. We also collect certain payment information, such as your credit card and bank account information, which are used to facilitate billing and payment processing as well as to detect and prevent fraud.
